The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, in 2011, kicked off  their first of what seems to be a yearly Mexican Independence Day celebration equipped with Mexican folkloric dancers, roving Mariachi Bands a full street fair on the second level in front of China Poblano, Holsteins and CRVSR as well as the traditional ¡El Grito Mexicano! at The Chandelier at 11 pm on Saturday night!  Check out the video below to see the video from the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ Mexican Independence Day 2011 celebration!
