Mexican Independence Day, over the past couple of years has become a big weekend in Las Vegas with more and more people coming to Las Vegas each year to celebrate the independence day holiday. We have put everything here in one place for with all of the nightlife, live entertainment and everything else worth doing in Las Vegas for Mexican Independence Day.
Mexican Independence Day Nightlife
Celebrate El Grito, early with R3hab at Surrender Nightclub on Thursday September 13th and then continue the celebration with either Tiesto at Surrender Nightclub on Friday or Avicii at XS Las Vegas! Mexican Independence Day Live Entertainment
If nightclubs are not really your thing, you can celebrate Mexican Independence Day at one of the following Live Entertainment at one of the many concerts that will be happening on the Las Vegas Strip.

Luis Miguel
Is performing at Caesar’s Palace each night at 9 pm on Thursday September 13th to Saturday September 15th. Luis Miguel is known as “El Sol de Mexico” for his live performances and has an incredible list of awards in both the US and Mexico.

Carlos Mencia
Will be performing on Friday, September 14th at 9 pm at Treasure Island.

GIGANT3s Tour with Marc Anthony
The y will be performing at Mandalay Bay on September 14th at 8pm. GIGANT3s is Chayanne, Marco A. Solis and Marc Anthony!

Alejandro Fernandez
Will be performing Saturday, September at Mandalay Bay at 9 PM. Alejandro Fernandez is one of the most influential singers of traditional Mexican music. Traditional Mexican music being the ranchera sound and romantic ballads.

Mana
The award winning Mexican rock band from Guadalajara, Jalisco will be performing on Sunday September 16th at 7:00 pm at MGM Grand Hotel.
Mexican Independence Day Celebrations
If you are looking for something other than nightclubs and concerts there are a number of hotels and casinos that are putting on full El Grito and Mariachi festivals.
Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
Starting at 5am on Friday, September 15th to Sunday September 16th, on Friday & Saturday 9/14 to 9/15 the Mariachi El Bronx will be performing at the Book & Stage from 10:30 pm to 12:00 am and Peligrosa with Orion and Sonora will be DJing at the Bond Bar from 10 pm until 3 am. Over Mexican Independence Day the entire second level of the shops at the Cosmo turns into a street fair!
¡Grito Mexicano! with Mariachi’s and the ceremonial ringing of the bell will be performed at The Chandelier

Celebrate the 21st Las Vegas Annual Mariachi Festival at the Theater for Performing arts! This year the Las Vegas International Mariachi Festival includes acclaimed and multi Grammy nominated Mariachi Sol de Mexico, Jose Hernandez, Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitian, Shaila Durcal, the Mariachi Divas and more on the same stage!

Canelo Alvarez vs. Josesito
The undefeated Mexican boxing champ will face off with Josesito Lopez in “Knockout Kings” at the MGM Grand Garden Arena for the WBC Super Welterweight Championship. This is going to be a great Mexican Independence Day quadruple-header that also features Daniel Ponce De Leon WBC Featherweight World Champion fighting the same night.
